This privacy policy sets out how PRO GYM (a proprietorship firm, proprietor: Pranav Patil), whose registered/operational office is at Kalamba Rd, Dadu Chougule Nagar, Survey Nagar, Kolhapur, Maharashtra 416007, India ("we", "us"), uses and protects any information that you give PRO GYM when you visit our website and/or agree to purchase from us. PRO GYM is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
This policy explains how PRO GYM collects, uses and protects the personal information of our members when they use the ProGym web app at progym.co.in and receive messages from us by email or WhatsApp.
Information we collect
- Profile details: name, mobile number, email address, gender, date of birth, address, blood group, occupation, height, weight and profile photo.
- Membership details: packages, payments, attendance, workout and diet plans, weight history, ProCoins and orders.
- Content you share: progress photos, wall posts and feedback.
- Device information: notification tokens used to send app notifications.
How we use your information
- To manage your gym membership, payments and attendance.
- To provide workout plans, diet plans and progress tracking.
- To send you service messages by email, WhatsApp and app notifications — for example payment receipts, membership reminders, welcome messages, ProCoin updates and birthday wishes.
- To run the ProCoins rewards programme and the gym shop.
Online payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd., an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers. We receive only the payment status, amount and a transaction reference. Razorpay processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
WhatsApp messages
We send WhatsApp messages using the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. To do this, your name, mobile number and the message content are shared with Meta for delivery. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can stop WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP or by telling the gym.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the app and send messages (hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp/Meta and Google Firebase notifications), or when required by law.
Storage and security
Your data is stored on secured servers and is accessible only to authorised gym staff. We keep it while you are a member and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes.
Your choices
You can view and update your profile in the app. To request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account, contact us using the details below.
