For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the terms "we", "us" and "our" used anywhere on this page shall mean PRO GYM (a proprietorship firm, proprietor: Pranav Patil), whose registered/operational office is at Kalamba Rd, Dadu Chougule Nagar, Survey Nagar, Kolhapur, Maharashtra 416007, India. "You", "your", "user" and "visitor" shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website progym.co.in and/or has agreed to purchase a membership or service from us.
Your use of the website and/or purchase from us are governed by the following Terms and Conditions.
Services
PRO GYM provides gym membership plans that may include strength training, cardio, steam, Zumba, personal training, and workout and diet guidance, as described in each membership package. The services included in your plan are those shown when you enrol or renew.
Membership and eligibility
- Membership is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
- You confirm that you are medically fit to exercise. Please tell us about any medical condition, injury or pregnancy before you start, and consult a doctor if in doubt.
- Members under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian.
Fees and payment
- Membership fees are as shown at the gym or in the app at the time of payment, in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Fees can be paid at the gym or online in the app. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay using UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking or wallets.
- A membership starts on the start date shown for the package. When you renew online, the new membership starts the day after your current membership ends, or on the payment date if your membership has already expired.
- A receipt is sent by WhatsApp and/or email after each successful payment.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

- Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Transactions
We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
Gym rules
- Follow the instructions of trainers and staff, use equipment safely and return weights after use.
- Wear suitable gym clothing and clean sports shoes.
- Respect other members. Abusive behaviour, harassment or damage to property may lead to suspension or termination of membership without refund.
- Gym timings may change on holidays or for maintenance; we will inform members in advance where possible.
Health, safety and liability
You exercise at your own risk. PRO GYM is not liable for injury, illness or loss except where caused by our negligence. Please do not leave valuables unattended; we are not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
App, ProCoins and rewards
The ProGym app is provided to help you track workouts, diet, attendance and payments. ProCoins are loyalty points with no cash value; they cannot be exchanged for cash and may be changed or withdrawn by PRO GYM.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
Governing law
Any dispute arising out of the use of our website, purchase from us or any engagement with us is subject to the laws of India, and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
